Zebrabiores

Maider Santos (Lugo, 1998) studied Veterinary Science at the University of Santiago de Compostela, graduating in 2021 after completing her final degree project at the Genetics Department of the Veterinary Faculty, under the direction of Paulino Martínez and Alba Pensado.

That same year, Maider began her PhD in Molecular Medicine, studying genes involved in cancer in cell models and zebrafish under the supervision of Laura Sánchez. She has been awarded a predoctoral grant from the Xunta de Galicia to complete her PhD.
